Overall, I was 42nd out of 400.
In my age group I was 10th out of 67
Total Time: 58:38, only 10 minutes behind the winner of my age group.

It has been almost a month since this race and I noticed that I didn't do a race report. I must be getting lazy.

This is the first and may be the only short race of the season where I got to race against Chad.  I finished only 45 seconds and 7 places behind chad.  My goal race time was 21 minutes and I did the run in 21:15.  Only 15 seconds away from my goal.

Larry also raced and had an exceptional swim considering he has only gotten in the water once or twice this summer!

I never did notice Chad on the bike.  He says he saw me, but he is hard for me to recognize on the bike.  I did see him on the run, but should have taken the time and place so I could figure out how far behind him I was when I reached that point.  He is in a different age group which started 3 minitues ahead of my group. It makes it hard to tell placing during the race.

Everyone showed up to this race this year, even Rose, Darwin and Zack!
