It rained in Belly River all night, but to wake up to blue skies was really nice. I think this was the first time I had seen the sun in 5 days. These are shots from the campground at Belly River.

On my way to Waterton I stopped at this scenic point. Very nice.

The Prince Of Wales Hotel. There were a bunch of old cars around that people were group traveling in.
Tea anyone? I'm surprised they even let me through the door. I hadn't been inside anywere but a ranger station in 5 nights.
Views of Waterton Lake as I'm looking for the trailhead.
A well fed deer at the trailhead. I'm hiking to Bertha Lake which will be about 9 miles round trip.

Various views from the trail. Some looking back at the Prince Of Wales Hotel.
Passed the lower falls. This waterfall was about 500 feet high (from Bertha Lake), but you couldn't see the top. It was a very steep hike from here to the lake.
First look at Bertha lake.
This is where I had lunch. There was a trail around the lake but it was too covered with snow to hike. I didn't spend much time here eating lunch as I was still freaked out about the bear encounter the day before. I hadn't seen anyone all day. I had Waterton National Park to myself it seems.
Some views of Waterton Lake on the way back to the car.
Some views from the car of Middle Waterton lake.
The road leaving Canada.
I drove to Rising Sun camp ground next to Saint Mary Lake. The wind was really blowing strong in these shots. I did a little hiking around and ended up siting by a fire with a Danish couple in the camp site next to me. Good conversation.
